Overseas Students of the College of International Education Attended Intangible Cultural Heritages Exhibition Themed on "Carrying Forward Intangible Cultural Heritages"

(Reporter: Zhao Yangping  Cameraman:Yang Su) 80-something overseas students of the College of InternationalEducation of CUG attended an intangible heritages exhibition themed on"Carrying Forward Intangible Heritages" held by Wuhan Intangible CulturalHeritage Dissemination Co., Ltd. at Evergreen Garden of Wuhan.


On November 16, 2013, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition themedon "Carrying Forward Intangible Heritages" held by Wuhan IntangibleCultural Heritage Dissemination Co., Ltd. kicked off at Evergreen Garden ofWuhan. In the exhibition hall of intangible cultural heritages, nearly 20categories of representative works of intangible cultural heritage inheritorsat state, provincial and municipal levels were fully exhibited, including Wuhanembroidery, paper cutting, wood-carved ship model, bamboo carving and traditional natural dye, which covered almost all boutique products ofintangible cultural heritages of Wuhan and attracted the eyes of overseasstudents of CUG. The hosting party had also arranged the overseas students towatch Hanchu opera shadow play which has a history of over 300 years, which hadleft a deep impression in the overseas students.


In this activity,80-odd overseas students attended the exhibition. The explanation of XiongNufei with Wuhan Intangible Cultural Heritage Dissemination Co., Ltd. was easyto understand, brief and effective, presented a quick glimpse of Wuhan cultureto the overseas students and displayed the tourism image of Wuhan.
