Notice for International Students Affairs During Winter Holiday
Since the university will be in winter vacation from January 27th to February 25th 2016, the CUG International Student Office will not handle regular student affairs during the vacation time. During the vacation, there will be one staff on duty every day but mainly handle emergent issues.
If students need to extend residence permit, apply for visa, ask for leave, request for all kinds of certificates, and stamping of transcripts, etc., please come to Office 0211 and Office 0209 before January 27th, 2016. The above mentioned affairs will not be handled during the winter vacation.
Students confirm March at front-desk in the first week of next semester (Feb 29 to March 6) as the new semester registration also, but the following months please confirm finger-print monthly according to the regulations.
